Optim Project Management has performed a technical due diligence report for the Curcubata wind plant, 11.5 MW, a project developped by Energo proiect, financed by Volksbank.
Energo Project is one of the first companies in Romania which was concerned with the production of energy from renewable sources. Energo Project Company strategy and objectives take into account the maximum use of renewable energy sources: wind, hydro or solar, to help achieve a cleaner, healthier, in accordance with EU policies.
The Curbata wind project 11.5 MW, located on Avram Iancu, Alba County, near Arieseni village, Romania will be delivered on 31st of December 2015.
The technical analysis by Optim Project Management on the project was conducted with the aim of identifying potential risk that technical factors may affect the bankability of the project. In particular, Optim assessed the correct setting of the project, the adequacy of the technical solutions adopted, and the compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
