Project Details: Optim Project Management was assigned by NEPI Rockcastle as Construction Manager for the refurbishment and extension of Shopping City Buzau. Optim PM will also provide Cost and Design Management, Tenant Coordination, Site Inspection (Dirigentie de Santier) and Health & Safety Coordination services.
The project is planned to be developed in 2 phases, namely the 1st Phase will consist of extending the Shopping Centre by approximately 19,610 sqm (GBA) on the underground and ground floor levels, and during the 2nd Phase the repartitioning and refurbishment of the existing building (approx. 19,000 sqm GBA).
Shopping City Buzau extension will include a 16,416 sqm GLA gallery and fashion areas on the ground floor, and 9,631 sqm GBA food court and entertainment area. The cinema complex will be offering on 1,420 sqm GBA minimum 4 cinema halls.
The total number of parking places shall be approx. 400 spread on underground level and exterior parking.
