Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town won “Best 4RE – Refurbishment/Recommercialisation/Rebranding/Relaunch” recognition during the 2018 CIJ Awards Romania Gala.
Optim Project Management is delighted to congratulate Apex Alliance for transforming the existing building, listed as an historical monument, into a 4-star Hilton hotel consisting of 201 rooms, restoring the important existing features of the building and also extending by 2 more levels.
Optim PM provided a high level of Project Management services during the final phase of the works and successfully delivered the hotel. Based on this performance, Optim PM has started and continues to have a successful collaboration with Apex Alliance.
Currently, Optim PM is project managing the construction of further 4 hotels in Bucharest on behalf of Apex Alliance, by offering Construction Management services – managing a number of specialist contractors, Design and Cost Management, FF&E procurement and installation, Site Inspection (Dirigentie de Santier) and Health & Safety Coordination.
