Green mission

The company is fully committed to achieving environmental best practice in all of its business activities wherever possible, taking into account legal requirements.

We set high standards for ourselves in terms of environmental responsibility, and we expect our business partners to adopt equally high standards.
Compliance with environmental legislation is not always enough. In order to save natural resources we focus on energy and resource efficiency and expect our business partners to contribute to our efforts.

Commitment:

  • Considering ways of demonstrating commitment to comply with environmental legislation where practical
  • Eliminating and minimizing waste and, if produced, segregate it and knowing how to do that
  • Minimizing the use of energy to reduce waste; using day light as much as possible
  • Printing only as much as needed and, if possible, on both sides
  • Selective recycling (paper, plastic, glass) – based on signed contracts with authorized organizations
  • Ensuring that key employees are aware of this policy and trained in their environmental responsibilities
  • Regularly reviewing environmental performance and set targets to achieve continuous improvement
  • Thinking of environment as a daily issue
  • The environmental policy covers all our activities, including the construction activities and site offices.

Environmental policy statement

The company is fully committed to achieving environmental best practice in all of its business activities wherever possible, taking into account legal requirements.

To address possible environmental impacts, our company commits to:

  • Considering ways of demonstrating commitment to comply with environmental legislation where practical
  • Eliminating and minimizing waste and, if produced , segregate it and knowing how to do that
  • Minimizing the use of energy to reduce waste; using day light as much as possible
  • Printing only as much as needed and, if possible, on both sides
  • Selective recycling ( paper, plastic, glass) – based on signed contracts with authorized organizations

  • The environmental policy covers all our activities, including the construction activities and site offices.

We set high standards for ourselves in terms of environmental responsibility, and we expect our business partners to adopt equally high standards. We expect all parties involved in construction for Optim PM to follow all relevant environmental laws.

Compliance with environmental legislation is not always enough. In order to save natural resources we focus on energy and resource efficiency and expect our business partners to contribute to our efforts.

We also encourage the use of new technologies aiming at reducing negative environmental impact from the construction as well as the operation of the buildings we work on.

Materials and substances that are hazardous for humans or the environment must be avoided. Optim PM follows the precautionary principle, which means that if a material or substance is suspected to be hazardous it should be avoided whenever possible without compromising quality and safety.

Hazardous waste from demolition or from the construction process must be taken care of in a responsible way and always in accordance with national legislation.

This policy statement is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 14001, to which the company is certified for more than 3 consecutive years.
