Hydro Power Plant Project – 0.635 MW

OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT has performed a technical due diligence report on behalf of Intesa San Paolo Bank for a refurbished hydropower plant with a rated output of 0.635 MW located in Neagra Dornei village, Suceava County.

The review of project owned by Hydro Energy Land has been performed with the aim of identifying potential risk in the refurbishment, electrical connection, and yield energy path.

OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT assessed the completion, reception and functionality of the Gura Haitii 2 hydro power plant and confirm its production.

OPTIM PM confirmed that no technological risk is present on this project in terms of the components used and quality of refurbishment.

OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT has performed a technical due diligence report on behalf of Intesa San Paolo Bank for a refurbished hydropower plant with a rated output of 1.260 MW located in Saru Dornei village, Suceava County.

The review of the project owned by Hydro Energy Land has been performed with the aim of identifying potential risk in the refurbishment, electrical connection, and yield energy path.

OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT assessed the completion, reception and functionality of the Gura Haitii 1 hydro power plant and confirmed its production.

OPTIM PM confirmed that no technological risk is present on this project in terms of the components used and quality of refurbishment.

Photovoltaic monitoring study – 3.984 MW

Optim Project Management has performed a photovoltaic production monitoring technical due diligence report on behalf of Intesa San Paolo Bank for a photovoltaic power plant located in Calarasi County, Galbinasi village, with a total installed capacity of 3.984 MW, owned by SC Imam Sole e Vento Srl, a well-known renewable energy company.

OptimPM remarks that the estimated energy generation and the production of Galbinasi photovoltaic power plant are higher than expected. Optim Project Management confirms the yield energy production, completion, reception and functionality of the photovoltaic plant Galbinasi 3.984 MW.

Vertical Wind Turbines Integration into Buildings

Optim Project Management has performed a feasibility study regarding the integration of vertical wind turbines manufactured in Romania into existing building in Romania.

Wind speed measurements, power curve, payback calculation, foundation costs, yield energy and performance tests have been performed on site.

Optim PM concluded that, from wind speed point of view, the site location is suitable for the installation of vertical wind turbines, because in the area there are no tall buildings which can affect the wind speed measurements.

Photovoltaic Study – 1MW

Optim Project Management performed in Arges County a feasibility study regarding the integration of photovoltaic thin film panels into an existing building on its rooftop and façades.

The results of the study are positive, the irradiation average value and location of the building are suitable for the purposes of the project. No shadowing buildings are situated into the area of the project.  Optim PM made payback calculation, licensing process, yield energy calculation, and made also other technical recommendations.

Photovoltaic Rooftop + Façade – 0.5 MW

Optim Project Management performed a feasibility study in Bucharest regarding the integration of photovoltaic solutions.

Building integrated photovoltaic panels are an emerged research topic to optimize building component replacement using certain types of photovoltaic modules as thin films.

Optim PM’s report conducted a strategic review on the optimum photovoltaic module installation to generate electricity from the building envelope, its costs and payback.

Wind Farm Project – 1.5 MW

Optim Project Management has performed a technical due diligence report regarding a wind plant with a rated output of 1.5MW.

The wind plant, located in Scanteiesti – Galati and developed by the Romanian Company Grenerg is composed by a single wind turbine generator type Vensys and obtained an annual energy production of about 3.700 yearly MWh. The wind plant is operational, and Optim PM report revealed that the outcome of the energy data assessment is aligned with the expectation and no critical issues of the plant construction have been identified.

The wind plant, located in Scanteiesti – Galati and developed by the Romanian Company Grenerg is composed by a single wind turbine generator type Nordex 54 and obtained an annual energy production of about 1.670 yearly MWh. The wind plant is operational, and Optim PM report revealed that the outcome of the energy data assessment is aligned with the expectation and no critical issues of the plant construction have been identified.

Photovoltaic Plant Project – 0.995 MW

Optim PM has performed a technical due diligence report on behalf of Intesa San Paolo Bank for a 0.995MW photovoltaic power plant, located in Insuratei – Braila County.

The photovoltaic power plant is operational and has been designed following a well-balanced structure typical for small sized ground based photovoltaic plant, and the estimated energy generation and production are all aligned.

Optim PM assessed the correct setting of the photovoltaic power plant project, the adequacy of the technical solutions adopted, and the compliance with the in-forced regulations.

Photovoltaic Plant Project – 0.95 MW

Optim Project Management has performed a photovoltaic technical due diligence report on behalf of Intesa San Paolo Bank for a photovoltaic power plant located in Satu Mare County, Hrip village with a total installed capacity of 0.95 MW, owned by SC Grenerg Srl, a well-known renewable energy company.

Optim remarks that the estimated energy generation and the production of the Hrip photovoltaic power plant are aligned. The plant has been designed following a well-balanced structure typical of small sized ground based photovoltaic plants being a standardized solution.
