WiredScore and SmartScore, recognized by GRESB
WiredScore and SmartScore have been recognized by GRESB as Green Building Certifications. This means any buildings that hold either of these certifications are eligible to receive points in GRESB submissions. The submission window is open and will close on 1st July 2023.
As a business that champions cutting-edge technology, WiredScore provides the only two certifications that rate a building’s digital infrastructure, connectivity and technological capacity and it was born out of a response to tenant’s clear need for better connectivity. International demand for WiredScore’s all-encompassing rating system has made global expansion a reality for WiredScore, with 800m sq. ft committed to WiredScore certification and over 8m people living and working in buildings committed to WiredScore.
To avoid the worst impacts of climate change, the international community set a goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050. As governments, cities and individual companies plan for the future, it’s clear that transitioning to a sustainable world is a challenge that we must face together. GRESB is a mission-driven and industry-led organization that provides actionable and transparent environmental, social and governance (ESG) data to financial markets. A global standard for portfolio-level ESG reporting in the real estate sector with 150,000 assets across 66 countries, GRESB sets the benchmark for sustainability metrics in real estate.
