Responsibilities

  • Identifies public acquisition procedures published in SEAP;
  • Follows SEAP updates and prepares bidding forms and tables (participation announcements, offer requests);
  • Downloads from SEAP platform the assignment documentation and the answers to the clarification requests;
  • Uploads on the SEAP platform the clarification requests and the prepared offers;
  • Submits the offers in SEAP or directly to the Beneficiary and checks daily the SEAP platform and the status of the submitted offer.
  • Analyses the conditions of qualifications mentioned in the assignment documentation;
  • Elaborates DUAE (qualification documents), technical offer and financial for biddings and respects the submittal terms for the offers and collaborates with all departments in order to introduce all necessary documents in the offer;
  • Collaborates with the technical and business development teams;
  • Requests the documents necessary for participating in the biddings and monitoring the process;
  • Fills in the forms necessary for the bidding;
  • Participates in elaborating the answers to the clarification requests during the evaluation of the proposed offers;
  • Prepares clarification requests regarding the documents needed for the biddings and answers to the clarification requests from the team that assesses the offers;
  • Identifies the required experts and prepares the necessary documents in order to demonstrate the fulfilment of all requirements;
  • Requests from suppliers/manufacturers price offers for materials and technical documentation for the equipment;
  • Participates in status meetings in order to give updates regarding the processes he/she is responsible for.

  • Professional Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry

  • Experience in projects delivering large scale industrial buildings/warehouses/offices/residential/retail/hotels

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the Project Management Team to ensure that the Client’s objectives are achieved
  • Develop project procedures, project team organization, reporting systems
  • Good knowledge of negotiation, monitoring and closing of FIDIC contracts
  • Monitor the cost plan during design, execution & closing stage
  • Establish design co-ordination and development procedure
  • Prepare the tender documentation
  • Carry out of the tender among the contracting organizations, engineers and architects
  • Represent the Client and the Project team vis-à-vis Specialist Contractors
  • Overall responsibility for the Quality Management System
  • Monitor & control environment, health & safety on site
  • Manage partial completion and handover procedure
  • Arrange project review and debrief
  • Assist in the claims procedure

  • Professional Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • University degree – Technical Faculty of Constructions
  • Experience in delivering residential, industrial, healthcare and/or hospitality projects
  • Ability to prove strong construction engineering skills and hands-on experience in managing Civil Works Contracts
  • Previous experience in managing Project Costs and exposure to managing FIDIC Contracts is preferable
  • Fluency in English and a good level of Romanian are mandatory

  • Preparation of the technical offer requests which are to be sent to the Contractors for tender purposes
  • Analysing the Contractors’ offers from a technical, economic and financial point of view
  • Preparation and Negotiation of the Civil Works Contract(s) from the Beneficiary/Client’s point of view
  • Negotiation and Agreement of the Technical details included in the Contract(s)
  • Provides support to the Project Manager in supervising the technical and commercial conditions of the Contract(s)
  • Ensuring that cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation engineering services for Sanitary, HVAC, BMS features, CCTV, Power Supply, Public Announcement System, lighting protection to coordinate the Services (Fire Protection, HVAC, sanitary sewage, water supply) – related packages from procurement, selection, construction, commissioning and contract completion to satisfy the client’s requirements and design expectations
  • Liaise with project designers to ensure that they are familiar with programme requirements
  • Identify statutory and regulatory compliances
  • Monitor works progress regarding all installations
  • Coordination with the rest of the construction works
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports, photographs
  • Control & monitor H&S regulations
  • Execute off-site and onsite inspections
  • Establish a procedure in ensuring all services are checked before being closed up

  • Certified architect with signature right, OAR member
  • Knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, 2D & 3D modelling, other specific software etc.
  • Relevant experience in design and preparing documents for all construction phases of a project: Feasibility studies, Concept Design, Authorisation of Construction (DTAC), Technical Details (PTh), Execution Details (DDE)
  • Relevant experience in designing medium and large buildings (industrial, office, hotels, commercial, residential, hospitals)

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparing technical drawings and specific technical documentation (bill of quantities, technical reports, “caiete de sarcini”)
  • Active and direct participation in obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations for implementing the project
  • Active involvement in coordination the technical aspects of the projects for architecture, structure and M&E specialities
  • Collaboration and coordination with the design team and the project management team
  • Monitoring construction works during execution

Main Responsibilities

  • Analysing and studying the technical project
  • Verifying the norms and standards for constructions in force to be followed
  • Supervising all civil works performed by the contractors
  • Analysing the contractor’s action plan and ensures that it is in accordance with the client’s requirements
  • Verifying if the quality assurance plans/inspection and verification plans of the contractor are in accordance with the client’s requirements / Optim Project Management
  • Checking the conformity of the construction execution and civil works in accordance with the design solutions and with the norms and regulations in constructions, as well as with the standard requirements and technical conditions
  • Together with the site manager, checking if the quality documents are complete, correct and valid, thus attesting the quality of works and of used materials
  • Ensuring that defects identified during construction works have been remedied by contractors
  • Checking the correctness and validity of the as-built technical documentation and ensures that the necessary modifications are made in accordance with the installation and construction works
  • Together with the Cost & Commercial Manager, review and verify the contractors’ IPCs

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting in establishing client’s requirements and undertakes feasibility studies
  • Performing cost analyses of the various types of works as a forerunner to tender preparation
  • Selecting price and source of construction materials
  • Identifying commercial risks and helping to develop suitable responses
  • Preparing the tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, together with the Senior QS (Cost/Commercial Manager)
  • Identifying risks surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation
  • Tracking any changes to the design or actual works and adjusting budget projections
  • Evaluating the completed works and preparing the payment certificates
  • Analysing work progress and writing detailed reports
  • Preparing summary reports for the client
  • Performing cost analyses for ongoing repairs and maintenance works
  • Advising on any outstanding contractual claims remaining

Main Responsibilities

  • Analysing and studying the technical project for installations
  • Ensuring that the installations are linked one with each other, respectively with the structure and architecture
  • Verifying if the norms and standards for installations in constructions in force are followed
  • Verifying that the equipment and installations are properly sized
  • Supervising all installation works performed by the contractors
  • Analysing the contractor’s action plan and ensures that it is in accordance with the client’s requirements
  • Verifying if the quality assurance plans/inspection and verification plans of the contractor are in accordance with the client’s requirements / Optim Project Management

  • Preparing drawings, designing various projects (in all phases: Feasibility Studies, Concept Design, Authorisation of Construction, Technical Details, Execution Details) under the supervision of a Senior Architect
  • Creating 3D renderings, animations and layouts
  • Preparing technical reports for each design phase, as well as Bill of quantities, for works under the supervision of a Senior Architect
  • Preparing the technical documentation necessary to obtain approvals, certifications and authorizations, under the supervision of a Senior Architect
  • Participating, if requested, in pre-measurements and measurements to reveal existing constructions and lands, as well as the verification on site of the quotas and execution dimensions
  • Participating in the coordination of important phases of works on site
  • Executing project improvement works at the request of Optim Project Management
