Fit-Out Project in Hexagon Offices by Optim Project Management
After the successful delivery last spring of the new Accenture headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Optim Project Management has finished providing Project and Cost Management Services during the fit-out process of another office space for the same company. When Accenture acquired Xoomworks, a consulting and technology company located in the same building, Hexagon Offices, they appointed Optim to manage all the phases of their project fit-out – Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction and Project Close-out.
“I would like to thank Accenture for acknowledging us as a reliable partner, with professional capabilities to manage and deliver diverse projects on all real estate segments and for entrusting us with the fit-out for their new space. Delivering an office that delighted Accenture and its employees is a great reward for our team, and I congratulate them for their tremendous professional work”, concluded David Evans, Founder and Owner of Optim Project Management.
The new office space has a total area of 2,450 sqm, spread over two floors and it embraces employees’ collaboration and socialization, due to the open space areas, innovation rooms, testing areas, games, relaxation and café areas.
“Right when we started our working relation with Accenture, we found common values and business principles, in fact, both of our companies understanding the meaning of investment in the future of their business. Increased productivity and staff retention, offered by a motivated and enthusiastic team working in an environment that best suits their needs; facilities that provide the right atmosphere for the best results; improved perception of the company culture for all their business partners. It is our way of contributing to Accenture’s purpose: to help their employees and clients become the next and best versions of themselves.” – Iuliana Belgun, Proposals and Business Development Manager
The new space can accommodate 50% of the centre’s employees, and a reservation system is in place, to facilitate the seat booking when they need to work from their office desks. Accenture’s headquarters also hosts a robotics lab, as the company’s centre of excellence is responsible for some of the most important industrial software in areas such as manufacturing, automotive and railways.
