Optim Project Management congratulates Bega Group for the completion of their mixed commercial development BBC1, the second building of Bega Business Park.
Appointed in mid- 2015 and working directly with Bega Group, Optim Project Management oversaw the delivery from concept design through to live operation by the main tenant, Nokia.

OPTIM PM delivers office building for BEGA GROUP in Timisoara
Bega Business Centre is located on Republicii Blvd., close to the city centre of Timisoara, on a plot of land of approx. 23,000 sqm and integrates class A offices together with retail functions – restaurant, coffee shop and services area. The new development, with a regime height of B+GF+7F+Technical Floor and with a GBA of 21,850 sqm, the office building is offering 126 underground parking places and a green area of 3,810 sqm.
With a multidisciplinary team of design and construction specialists, Optim PM has taken a number of roles on the project including General Design, Permitting, Project and Cost Management, Tenant Coordination and Health & Safety monitoring, Commissioning and obtaining Operating Permit – the complete service package from conceptual beginning to building occupation.

Optim Project Management has continued to work closely with Bega Group, developing a long term and trusted relationship, and today is providing General Design and Project Management for the next office building of Bega Business Park – BBC2 – and General Design and Project Management of a Conference Center adjacent to the Timisoara Hotel.
