Optim PM Delivers Office Buildings for Bega Group
Optim Project Management has recently completed the reconversion of two existing industrial buildings into office spaces for Bega Group. The project is located in Timisoara, in the Continental platform area, and has a total GBA of approx. 4,000 sqm.
With a team of 7 construction professionals, Optim PM started to offer Project & Cost Management and Health & Safety Coordination services in Q3 2018.
David Evans, General Manager of Optim PM, said:
“It has been a great 1st week of 2019 for our team in Timisoara, as the office spaces were handed over to the Tenant – Continental Automotive Romania. I would like to personally congratulate the team involved in the project. Optim PM oversaw the delivery of the two office facilities in 4 months since the construction works commenced on site.”
