Optim PM delivers Oregon Park – Building C for Portland Trust
Optim Project Management has added another office building to its Project Management portfolio, by delivering the Phase Two of Oregon Park in Pipera area, Bucharest.
Following the successful completion of Phase One of the development in 2016, Portland Trust engaged Optim PM as the Engineer to provide Project Management, Cost Management, and Health and Safety Services for Phase Two – “Building C” – which completes the construction of the office park.
The BREEAM Excellent certified office project has a gross built area of 44,683 sqm consisting of 2B + GF + 6F + Technical Floor. The two levels of basement provide 361 parking places and there are also 32 additional parking places at surface level external to the building. To the front of the building there is a hard and soft landscaping with seating with a canopy for inclement weather.
