Optim Project Management Celebrates LEED Gold Certification for Continental Factory in Serbia

Optim Project Management is pleased to announce that its recently finished 30,000 sqm factory project for Continental Automotive in Novi Sad has received LEED Gold certification, demonstrating its dedication to sustainability and excellence in project management.

The Continental factory in Serbia is now an example of environmentally friendly building techniques. The project has achieved the highest level of environmental performance and resource efficiency, as evidenced by its LEED Gold certification. This certification is also a result of Optim Project Management’s commitment to sustainable strategies throughout the design and construction phases.

In Optim Project Management’s portfolio, the Arctic factory in Targoviste, Romania, which received the highest LEED certification level, Platinum, is another notable success story – Continental’s accomplishment follows that story. These two certifications highlight Optim Project Management’s position in providing and supporting eco-friendly and sustainable solutions for the construction sector.

Recently, Optim Project Management has taken on the role of construction manager for the Serbian factory extension, overseeing the expansion project with a planned gross built area (GBA) of 38,000 sqm.
