Optim Project Management delivers logistic facility for Schaeffler Romania

Thus, Optim Project Management set on a new mission, in the spring of 2022: to provide Project Management, Site Inspection and Health & Safety Coordination Services, as well as optimum specialist skills, procedures and experience for Schaeffler’s new project. We focused our strategy on four fundamentals: time, cost, quality and sustainability – and it proved, once more, the right strategy. Because We build with Passion!

Technical details of the project: Warehouse – built area/total area: 3,602 sqm; height: 11.2 m. Annex building – built area: 2,778 sqm; total area: 8,100 sqm; height: 15.4 m; height regime: P+2.
