Optim Project Management delivers the first ibis hotel in Timisoara
Optim Project Management has completed its work on the new 6,715 sqm ibis Timisoara City Center for Hotel Development SA.
Optim PM experts were brought in to oversee the construction of the hotel as project managers in the summer of 2019, which is now open to the public. As the Project Manager, Optim PM provided Construction Management, Design Management, Cost & Commercial Management, Procurement and Health & Safety Coordination services. Additionally, Optim PM was also responsible for the FF&E procurement and installation as required by the brand standards and design.
Situated a few minutes’ walk from the historical centre, the new 3-star hotel is home to 200 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar and lounge, conference rooms and own car parking. With a special design, being the first ibis Square concept open in Europe, guests will experience here a vibrant atmosphere in the social hub where they can eat, work or relax.
