Optim Project Management Leads in the Renovation of the Historic Ambasador Hotel into The Julius Bucharest

Optim Project Management announces its designation as the General Designer and Project Manager in charge of transforming the iconic Ambasador Hotel into The Julius Bucharest, a luxurious hospitality destination set to redefine elegance and comfort in central Bucharest.

Julius Meinl Living has recently finalized the acquisition of Ambasador Hotel, marking the commencement of an ambitious journey towards revitalizing the historical monument, with roots tracing back to 1939. The Julius Bucharest is scheduled to welcome guests in 2027, offering 158 exquisite hotel rooms and luxury apartments.

Mr. David Evans, Owner and Founder of Optim Project Management, remarked,

“Optim Project Management has been intricately involved in this project since its inception. Prior to assuming our roles of General Designer and Project Manager, we conducted a technical due diligence on the premises and meticulously crafted a concept design for the forthcoming hotel. Our comprehensive services for this project encompass general design, permitting, and full project management throughout the construction phase.”

Spanning a total surface area of 12,600 square meters, The Julius Bucharest will be a blend of historic charm and modern luxury, drawing inspiration from the success of The Julius Prague.
