OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT is the leading General Design, Project, Cost and Construction Management company operating in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe.

The company was incorporated in July 2009 and brings refreshing new ideas to the construction market, combined with considerable professional experience. Our core team of Architects, Engineers, Commercial and Cost Managers have a number of years working with international project management companies and are well accustomed to working to the highest possible standards. Success in this business is all about people and we have retained some of the best in the region.

Each construction sector presents unique challenges that require knowledge-based solutions with the flexibility to adapt to the specific Client needs. Our team’s sectors of expertise include: Retail, Office, Industrial, Logistics, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Residential, Hospitality, Education, Culture, Sports & Leisure.

We are always seeking for the optimal solution and service for the benefit of the client, by employing the optimum team capable to carry out the project from concept through to completion and turn the Client’s vision into reality. DAVID EVANS - Founder and owner

With an experience of over 40 years in the construction industry, David practically travelled all around the world for the profession he chose – Great Britain, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Russia, but he would not give Romania up for anything in the world. For the last 14 years he has been living in Romania where, in full economic crisis, chose to launch his own project management business: Optim Project Management.

David has an extensive experience in planning, design coordination, tendering, cost control and managing the construction of many varied projects, with a management style based on teamwork and quality of service. David evolved against the current and made out of Optim PM one of the greatest companies in Romania specialized in the construction and design fields. To expand the services on the Southeast Europe real estate market, David opened in 2017 a branch in Bulgaria, and another one in Serbia in 2020.
