Brace of Awards for Optim PM at SEE Real Estate Awards 2019

In 2018, Optim PM provided Project Management services for major projects across Romania and SEE region and added to its portfolio significant buildings like Shopping City Satu Mare, Sun Plaza Phase 3, Bega Business Center – Office Building 1 in Timisoara, Hilton Garden Inn Old Town, Hospice Casa Sperantei Copaceni, Domestic Lighting Production Plant in Braila, Logicor Warehouse in Ploiesti, etc.

Optim PM has increased its architectural department considerable in the last years and has become one of the leading design companies in Romania.
In 2018, the company was responsible for designing some of the most important industrial projects, for example: Dunapack Corrugated Carboard Production Facility, Philip Morris Extension, Arctic New Factory in Targoviste, Yildiz MDF Factory in Pitesti, Domestic Lighting Production Plant in Braila and ETI Biscuit Factory Extension in Craiova; furthermore, in Timisoara: Bega Business Center – Office Buildings 1 and 2, ETO offices, Hotel Timisoara Convention Center, Baader Residential and Sun Plaza Expansion & Refurbishment in Bucharest. Also, further afield in Pernik, Bulgaria, Optim PM is designing Puratos factory extension.

In Optim PM’s 10th year anniversary, 6 projects from its portfolio have been shortlisted at SEE Real Estate Awards 2019 Gala: Hilton Garden Inn Old Town – Refurbishment Project and Hotel Project categories, Sun Plaza expansion & refurbishment – Refurbishment Project category, City Gate Plaza – Refurbishment Project category, Arctic Factory Targoviste – nominated at Industrial Project category, Shopping City Satu Mare – nominated at Retail Project category, and Orhideea Towers – nominated at Office Project category.
