Bega Group, one of the largest Romanian holding companies, have appointed Optim Project Management to deliver Brad Retail Park in Timisoara.
The project consists of the conversion of an industrial park into a commercial centre in the Ion Ionescu de la Brad area. Optim Project Management started working on-site to deliver the project in the second half of 2021, providing Construction Management, Cost & Commercial Management and Health & Safety Coordination services.
This conversion will create approx. 12,000 sqm of retail units on two floors, with expanded car parking facilities, Zoocenter, JYSK, Pepco, Gym One fitness centre, Mega Image being the first tenants who announced their presence within this retail scheme.
