Euro Tower – 92 metres, 18 floors, services of Construction Management, Cost Management, Health & Safety Coordination, Site Inspection, BREEAM Monitoring. It is a class A office building and the first Green building in Bucharest, awarded the BREEAM Post Construction Green Certificate.

Orhideea Towers – 85 metres, 16 floors, services of Project Management, Cost Management, Tenant Coordination, Site Inspection, Health & Safety Coordination. Orhideea Towers is an emblematic office building complex constructed in the Western part of Bucharest.

City Gate – 72 metres, 18 floors, services of Project Management, Cost Management, Health & Safety Coordination, Site Inspection for Repairing Works and Refurbishment. City Gate is a high-end office building (two standalone buildings), located in the North of Bucharest, in Piata Presei Libere, with easy access to business and recreational facilities.

Tiriac Tower – 50 metres, 12 floors, services of Project Management, Cost Management, Health & Safety Coordination. Tiriac Tower is the perfect building for companies that want a location in the center of Bucharest, easily accessible and optimized in terms of efficiency and consumption.

Anchor Plaza Metropol – 35.6 metres, 12 floors, services of Project Management and Cost Management. It is the first A class office building in Bucharest, integrated into a retail scheme and providing a dedicated service area together with the closely located Plaza Romania.
