Introducing Viva City: Optim Project Management’s Latest Architectural and MEP Design Project

Optim Project Management has been appointed by Grupo Herce to provide architectural and MEP design services for their Viva City residential project in Pipera neighbourhood, Voluntari.

Viva City is set to redefine urban living with 346 meticulously planned apartments spread over 56,400 square meters and 6 buildings. Spanning two shared basement levels, a ground floor and five/six upper floors, the development promises a blend of modern design and functional elegance, tailored to meet the residents’ needs.

Our role encompasses designing and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept design through to securing regulatory approvals and permits and detailed construction plans. In addition to architectural and MEP design services, we are responsible for coordinating all specialties, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach. Collaborating closely with the client’s structural designers ensures a holistic approach and seamless integration of architectural and installation projects.
