Optim PM Attended the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of Dunapack Factory in Bolintin Deal
On 4th October 2018 Optim Project Management attended the ground-breaking ceremony of Dunapack Corrugated Cardboard Production Facility in Romania, together with Dunapack Rambox representatives and the Mayor of Bolintin Deal.
This event marked the inauguration of construction works of Dunapack second factory in Romania which will be built on 11.56 ha of land, out of which 5.85 ha will be dedicated to green area, and will have a total GBA of 31,345.80 sqm.
Optim PM was the General Designer of this project, offering full integrated design services (architecture, structure, MEP) and Permitting. During the construction phase, Optim PM is in charge with the Project Management, Site Inspection (Dirigentie de Santier) and Health & Safety Coordination services.

The opening date of Dunapack Corrugated Cardboard Production Facility is targeted to take place in 2019.
