Optim PM delivers Courtyard by Marriott for Apex Alliance
On Thursday, October 17, 2019, Optim Project Management has delivered Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Bucharest’s main business district. The construction works took two years, during which Optim PM has managed several specialist contractors.
The full scope of our services comprised in Project Management, Design Management, Cost Management, Site Inspection (Dirigentie de Santier) and Health & Safety Coordination. Additionally, Optim PM was also responsible for the FF&E procurement and installation as required by the brand standards and by design.
The new four-star hotel is the first Courtyard by Marriott in Romania and has three underground levels, ground floor, thirteen aboveground floors and one technical. The hotel accommodates 259 rooms, 5 conference rooms which can accommodate a total of 538 people, 119 parking units, a bar, a restaurant and 2 ball rooms.

Currently, Optim PM has under management the construction of two more Apex hotels in Bucharest old town: 5-star Autograph Collection and 3-star Moxy both by Marriott.
