Optim PM delivers Green Vista for Alpha Real Estate Services
Optim Project Management (Optim PM) delivered last month the second residential project for Alpha Real Estate Services, Green Vista Residence.
The building, located in Pipera – Voluntari, North of Bucharest, has the height regime of B+GF+10F, with a built area of 4,850 sqm, totalling 50 apartments.
With a team of four specialists, Optim PM assured a completed range of services: project and cost management, health & safety monitoring and site inspection/dirigentie de santier.
“We are glad to have finalized the construction works for this project, respecting a tight deadline, of only seven months. Optim works closely with the real estate arm of Alpha Bank in Romania, successfully finalizing the delivery of two residential projects in the first semester of 2017” said David Evans, General Manager of Optim PM.
Optim PM previously delivered this year Poseidon Residence, a residential building of 156 apartments, located near Plumbuita Lake, in Colentina neighbourhood from Bucharest.
