Optim PM recognised as best “SEE Project Management Company of the Year”
Optim Project Management has been awarded the best “SEE Project Management Company of the Year” Award during the 16th SEE Real Estate Awards Gala which took place on 8th April 2021.
This is the 6th recognition from Europa Property in the past few years and highlights the size, complexity and variety of projects the company works on in the region. During 2020, Optim Project Management supported our clients to deliver some of the most complex and challenging projects, including the delivery of ibis Timisoara City Center, Moxy Bucharest Old Town, WDP Industrial Park Buzau, Hornbach Oradea, Galerija Belgrade, Galerija Stara Zagora (refurbishment), just to name a few. To expand its services across the SEE region, the company opened last year the second office branch outside Romania’s borders, this time in Belgrade, Serbia.
