Another successful project, signed by Optim Project Management, has been released to the public: the new retail park in Turda, developed by Scallier.
Optim Project Management provided Project Management, Health & Safety Coordination and Site Inspection services and our know-how and experience proved once more to be the right tools to manage the most challenging aspects of the project. Our team worked closely with the client, shared their knowledge and expertise and ensured a timely and safe project delivery.
With a gross built area of 9,230 sqm, a total area of 24,245 sqm, a green area of 1,687 sqm and 256 parking places, the shopping complex accommodates well-known tenants, such as New Yorker, CCC, Takko, Hervis, Flanco and Noriel.
