Optim Project Management Opens New Office in Zagreb, Croatia

Optim Project Management, a leading construction project management and design consultancy in Southeast Europe, has officially opened a new branch in Zagreb, Croatia. This is the company’s fourth office in the region, following successful expansions into Bulgaria and Serbia after its initial entry into Romania.
We’ve already worked on several projects in Croatia, including technical due diligence for office spaces in Zagreb, developments such as retail centres and hotel resorts and we are currently managing the office fit-out for a major global IT company, an established client of ours. The market here is growing and we believe now is the right time to establish a permanent presence. Opening a branch in Zagreb allows us to be closer to our clients and better support their needs on the ground,”

After opening its Sofia office in 2017 and its Belgrade office in 2021, the company continues to expand its footprint in the region with this new step into Croatia. The new Zagreb office will offer the full range of Optim’s services, including project, construction and cost management, technical due diligence, bank and investor monitoring and green building assessments. These services are available across all major property sectors: industrial, logistics, office, retail, hospitality and residential. With more than 5.8 million square metres of space built across the region and over 10 million square metres covered in technical due diligence assignments, Optim Project Management brings deep expertise and a proven track record to the Croatian market.
