Key Projects Delivered in 2024

Last year, Optim Project Management completed many impressive projects across different industries:

• Hotels: Refurbished the famous InterContinental Athénée Palace in Bucharest and completed the ANA Hotels Europa in Eforie Nord.
• Factories and Warehouses: Finished the Logicor Bucharest II Warehouse and delivered the Wint Distribution Center in Belgrade.
• Offices: Managed the construction of offices for global companies like Fitbit by Google, Accenture in Timisoara, Cisco in Belgrade and Amazon’s newest office in Iași.
• Retail: Designed and delivered retail spaces such as Möemax Stores in Pitesti and Ploiesti, an H&M store in Timisoara and the luxury shop Secretist in Bucharest.

Exciting Ongoing Projects

The company is now working on several important projects that will make an impact in 2025:

• Hotels: Building the I-Tower Marriott in Sofia, which will feature 232 rooms under the Marriott brand, while the upper levels will offer stunning apartments.
• Factories and Warehouses: Overseeing expansions for the Continental Factory in Sibiu and Novi Sad, providing Fire System General Design, Permitting and Technical Assistance during the Execution for Continental Tires Factory in Timisoara.
• Offices and Tech: Managing the fit-out of the Google Offices in Zagreb and in Bucharest, Accenture Offices in Bucharest and Targu Mures, the extension of Cisco Office in Belgrade and the impressive Epic Games Headquarters in Novi Sad.
• Residential: Managing projects like Cellini Residence and City Rise and designing Viva City.
• Retail: Providing Site Survey Architecture and MEP, Technical Design Architecture and MEP and obtaining Fire Permits for approx. 100 Pepco stores across Romania. Additionally, designing new locations for Möemax and XXXLutz in Timisoara and Bucharest, Hornbach in Timisoara and managing the constructions of Hornbach and Kaufland both in Bucharest.
• Leisure: Other exciting projects include the construction of new relaxation and training pool for the dolphins at Constanta Dolphinarium and storage facility for Chimpex in Constanta Port, and providing architectural design services for the Multipurpose Hall in Suceava, which will have 5,000 seats.
