Optim Project Management Selected by Continental for Factory Extension Project in Serbia

Optim Project Management, a leading provider of construction project management services, is thrilled to announce its appointment by Continental, the renowned multinational automotive parts manufacturing company, to oversee the expansion of their factory in Novi Sad, Serbia.

This appointment marks a continuation of the strong partnership between the two companies, following the successful collaboration on the initial 30,000 sqm factory project delivered earlier this year.

The project involves a comprehensive approach to construction project management, encompassing the extension of the clean room area and the construction of an additional back-end production building. With an ambitious scope, the overall project will cover a gross built area (GBA) of 38,000 sqm and is projected to conclude within an 18-month timeframe. Optim Project Management will provide Construction Management, Cost Management, Health & Safety Coordination, and Site Inspection services.
