Optim Project Management recently provided comprehensive Technical Due Diligence (TDD) services for the recent acquisition of 25 retail parks in Romania by The LCP Group from Mitiska REIM and Square 7 Properties. The TDD process was conducted by a team of over 22 professionals, including architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, cost managers, and document controllers.
The TDD reports for all 25 retail parks (approx. 130,000 sqm), were completed in just 5 months, a confirmation of Optim Project Management’s expertise and efficiency. The reports provided a comprehensive assessment of the properties’ condition, market value, and investment potential. The 25 retail parks, strategically located across the entire country, showcase Optim Project Management’s presence and the ability to handle projects on a national scale.
