Optim Project Management successfully delivers Cinema City Galati
Optim Project Management, the leader of the Romanian project management market, completed another Cinema City, adding a new entertainment scheme in the portfolio.
“Starting with 17th of November, the citizens of Galati can enjoy a modern cinema, following the inauguration of Cinema City here. Optim PM has assisted the investor to build the cinema complex, undertaking the architectural, MEP installations and structural design“, said David Evans, General Manager of Optim PM.
The new Cinema City occupies a gross lettable area of 2,360 sqm, benefits of eight entirely digitalized 2D & 3D halls with a total capacity of 1,383 seats.
The services offered by Optim PM included full design package, design coordination between all specialties, technical assistance for all specialties and construction management. The design process started in February 2017, the team of Optim PM entered the construction site on July 2017 assuring the delivery on time by mid-November.
