Optim Project Management takes home 5-star award at European Property Awards
Optim Project Management has taken home a 5-star distinction for Best Consultancy company in Romania during the prestigious European Property Awards 2019 gala, which is part of the International Property Awards. The event took place in London on 24th October 2019 at Royal Lancaster Hotel and was attended by the most successful and professional companies covering the whole construction industry: architecture, interior design, development and real estate.
During the evening gala, Optim PM received the nomination for Best Consultancy Company in Europe, as a highest scoring winner in its category, entering automatically into the overall International Property Awards, which ultimately determine the world’s finest real estate companies. The awards gala will take place in London on 2nd December 2019.

The European Property Awards is the largest professional award recognizing the best residential and commercial property developments in Europe since 1995. The European Award is a part of the International Property Award, the most reputed competition in the world in terms of the quality of participating projects. The awards are classified by regions: Africa, Asian Pacific Region, the Middle East, Europe, the United Kingdom (apart from all Europe), North and South America.
The awards were judged by 70 industry professionals including Lord Caithness and Lord Best, who are the Chairmen of the International Property Awards, the Global Property Standards Director of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), to name just three of them.
The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the world and recognize the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Companies selected as winners are then invited to attend an awards dinner for each region and have the right to use the prestigious logo in their marketing. Each award has two levels: Award Winner and 5-stars Winner.
