Optim Project Management to deliver President Residence in Craiova

Central Residence have appointed Optim Project Management to deliver President Residence, located on Calea Bucuresti in Craiova.

Optim Project Management is leading the construction of three apartment blocks, all having the height regime of B+GF+10F and will offer 235 apartments across approx. 28,000 sqm. The belowground level will be designated for parking, premium and standard apartments will be located from the first floor upwards and the residential compound will benefit of more than 310 parking places in total.

The full scope of Optim PM services include Project Management, Cost & Commercial Management and Site Inspection.
