Optim Project Management to Manage the Grand Refurbishment of the Iconic Europa Hotel in Eforie Nord

Optim Project Management, a leading project management company in Romania, has been selected to manage the refurbishment of the Europa Hotel in Eforie Nord. This is the second project that the company has been awarded by Ana Hotels, the first being the refurbishment of the Athénée Palace Hotel in Bucharest.

The Europa Hotel is a four-star hotel located on the beachfront in Eforie Nord, a popular tourist destination on the Black Sea coast, and has welcomed guests for over 20 years. It has 221 rooms, all with balconies and sea views, while the hotel’s restaurant has a capacity of up to 400 seats. The hotel benefits of a conference centre, a spa with mud and saltwater therapies from Lake Techirghiol, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, etc.

Optim Project Management was contracted to provide Project Management and Cost Management services for this ambitious refurbishment, which will transform the hotel into a modern oasis while preserving its timeless charm. All guest rooms and public areas will be refreshed, including the spa and wellness centre, offering guests a luxurious retreat.
