Optim Project Management to Oversee Construction of Logicor Bucharest II Warehouse

Optim Project Management, a leading company in the construction industry, has been appointed to oversee the construction of Logicor’s newest warehouse facility in Bucharest.

The upcoming warehouse, set to be situated within Logicor Bucharest II logistic park, will have a GBA of 26,370 sqm. The spaces will serve as a storage hub, to meet the growing demands of Bucharest's dynamic logistics sector. In addition to its primary storage function, the warehouse will feature 8 dedicated zones for office spaces, further enhancing its functionality and providing a comprehensive solution for client’s operational needs.

The construction works already started and Optim Project Management is providing Project Management, Cost Management, Health & Safety Coordination and Site Inspection services. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, Optim Project Management’s team is committed to ensuring that the construction process proceeds seamlessly from inception to completion. The project is scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2024.
