Poseidon Residence delivered for Alpha Real Estate Services
Optim Project Management delivered last month Poseidon Residence, a building of 156 apartments, located in Bucharest, near Plumbuita lake, in Colentina area.
Our company was assigned in February 2016 by the real estate arm of Alpha Bank as Project Manager for this residential compound, also providing Cost Management, Dirigentie de Santier and Health & Safety monitoring services. Optim PM successfully delivered the block of flats in April 2017, according to the construction schedule.
Poseidon Residence has a total gross built area of 25,000 sqm, consists in one basement for car parking, ground floor and 17 aboveground levels, outside greenery areas and exterior parking plots. The mix of apartments comprises studios, two, three and four room apartments along with a generous five-room penthouse.
