Positive networking for Optim PM at MIPIM 2017

For the third year in a row, Optim PM attended the international property conference in Cannes, in March 2017. The most influential people in the property market gathered for a record-breaking attendance.

The three-day event, which took place in the 3rd week of March in Cannes, saw 24,200 real estate and city leaders from 100 countries, including 5,000 investors and financial institutions, come together and over 70 large-scale projects announced across 23 countries.

The attendance to MIPIM is a great opportunity to acquire industry knowledge and make Optim PM presence noticeable in the industry. Every year, we continue to upscale our company services and to improve the profile of our business.

Our team returned from MIPIM 2017 after an intensive and productive week of networking with old and new contacts.

While the event unfolded against a background of continued debate on how Brexit will impact the world’s property market, though, Europe dominated the 2017 MIPIM awards, which were announced at a gala ceremony held in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals. Projects across the continent took home almost all of the prizes: Denmark, France, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom and Belgium.
