Successful Completion of Wint Distribution Centre in Belgrade Marks Another Milestone for Optim Project Management Serbia

In April this year, Optim Project Management’s dedicated team in Serbia achieved a significant milestone with the successful completion of the Wint Distribution Centre in Belgrade. Part of the Autonet Group, Wint’s facility, located in CTPark Belgrade City, represents a major leap forward in logistics and distribution technology.

The Wint Distribution Centre spans a gross built area of 11,700 sqm, including a 10,272 sqm warehouse, 641 sqm of office space and a 773 sqm sanitary area. Designed to meet Wint’s high standards, the facility is equipped with advanced technology to streamline operations and maximize efficiency. The centre boasts 35 robots, 4 carousel ports, 40,000 bins, a semi-automated conveyor system, 9,486 pallet spaces, 18 docks and 2 drive-in doors.

Optim Project Management’s involvement in this project extended across multiple facets, including Project Management, Cost Management, Tender Monitoring, permitting advice and maintenance management. Ensuring that every detail met Wint’s exacting requirements, Optim team delivered a facility that not only fulfils its operational needs but also sets a new standard in the region for innovation in logistics.

This project follows the successful delivery of a 25,000 square meter distribution centre for the Autonet Group in Turda, Romania, last year. The completion of the Belgrade facility further solidifies Optim Project Management’s ongoing partnership with Autonet, showcasing their commitment to building world-class distribution centres that drive efficiency and growth.
