Yildiz inaugurates construction works at its MDF factory in Arges
Yildiz Entegre, a Turkish-based company, recently inaugurated the construction works for one of its biggest investment – an MDF factory, in Oarja, Arges county.
Optim PM was the general designer of this project, offering full integrated design services (architecture, structure, MEP), Permitting, and Dirigentie de Santier. This project reinforces Optim’s capabilities in the industrial sector.
At the inauguration ceremony, on 11th of May, participated Ismail Hakki Yildiz, CEO of Yildiz Entegre, the Turkish ambassador in Romania, his Excellency, Osman Koray Ertaş, local authorities and the management of Arges County Council, along with Optim Project Management team and other contractors involved in the project.
The first phase of this project (99,000 sqm of several buildings and technological structures, with distinct functions) is to be completed by year-end. The investment for this complex project is 150 million EUR and is estimated that will create 450 new jobs. Yildiz Entegre is one of the biggest worldwide producer of forest products, with a daily capacity of over 8,500 cubic meters.
